AMAZING AERIAL PERFORMANCE STRANGE SISTERS, Doubles Corde Lisse, an inspirational routine, beautifully choreographed and stylishly performed – NO FIT STATE CIRCUS. You’ve never seen anything like it. An enchanting tale of two sisters combining innovative doubles corde lisse and dance. A unique and atmospheric show combining high energy, beautiful imagery, danger and strength. Will enthrall audiences of any age. Elements of this performance are flexible – we offer a club version of this show with the theatrical elements reduced and different costumes if requested – the dance element can be removed if venue not suited to floor work. Well received by a wide range of audiences including: Stereophonic Circus (Bath Fringe) – Streets Alive (Bristol) – Circus Ricardo – Circelation (London) – Bath Graduation Ball. The most successful piece of the four performances was a piece called Strange Sisters. Tanya Scully and Annabelle Holland used the circus rope to spectacular effect. The dance and movement they wove in a graceful and at times frenetic display – London Arts.
One woman effortlessly climbs a vertical rope. The rope twists around her body, with breathtaking drops and moves, combining grace and strength as if she and the rope were one. With a haunting soundtrack, this is a stunning aerial ballet. Performed – on tour in Switzerland with Circus Stellina, Circus Ricardo, and various cabarets and events in the UK.
